Movie and Soap Opera

            In modern era, there are many kinds of spectacle such as movie and soap opera. People very like with movie and soap opera. If they do not busy, they always watch it. They always make time for watch movie or soap opera because they consoled. Movie and soap opera have some differences and similarities.

            The differences of movie and soap opera are duration and story. Movie has duration two until three hour while soap opera has one hour. There is no advanced in movie but soap opera has advanced. Sometimes there is some movie has advanced but not all while soap opera always continue.

            The differences of movie and soap opera are media for show. Movie uses cinema media while soap opera uses television. Cinema has time border for watch movie but soap opera does not have it. We can watch soap opera everyday without time border.

            Although there is some differences between movie and soap opera but both also have similarities.

            The similarities of movie and soap opera are about purpose and story. Both give story to onlooker. Movie and soap opera always have conflict and solution. Both give many kinds of story such as love, education, comedy, ghost, etc.

            The differences of movie and soap opera are duration, story and media for show. The similarities of both are purpose and story. Although movie and soap opera have differences and similarities but people still like or always watch movie or soap opera.

The causes of headache

            People usually have experience headache. Headache can disturb activity of human because we can not work or do something. Headache is not only concerning adult but children ever feel headache. There are some causes of headache.

            The first cause of headache is not eating and there is no energy to do something. For doing something, we need energy from food. If we do not eat, we can headache because there is no food to produce energy. So we must eat to increase energy before doing something.

            The second cause is having anemia problem. Anemia is decrease of blood and that is making   headache. Anemic feels more often headache than other people. Anemic must eat food such as meat of sheep, vitamin for increase of blood.

            The causes of headache are not eating and having anemia problem. For avoid headache, we must always eat such as breakfast, lunch and dinner. We must eat food which having nutrient like vitamin, protein, carbohydrate, etc.

Take Care of Teeth.

            Take care of teeth is important because teeth have activity every time.  We always eat food with using teeth but not all food enter in throat definite there is residue of food left behind in teeth. So, we must take care of teeth, there is three ways to take care of teeth.

            The first way is always cleans teeth with toothbrush. We must clean teeth every day. In one day, minimal two until three times such as in the morning or after wake up, in the evening and before sleeping. The function is cleaning residue of food.

            The second way is go to doctor for routine examination. People usually go to doctor when they have problem of teeth. We should have routine examination. Routine examination is important because doctor can know about problem or healthy of teeth. We can go to doctor two times in one year or one times in six month.

            The third way is avoid sweet meal or decrease to eat sweet meal. Generally, people very like with sweet meal because it is delicious such as candy, chocolate, etc. Yet, sweet meal can make toothache. We must decrease sweet meal although it is not easy.

            We must doing three ways such as cleans teeth with toothbrush every day, routine examination and the last avoid sweet meal or decrease to eat sweet meal for keep healthy of teeth. And also we do not feel toothache because people do not like toothache.
